Overcoming infertility-Treatment options
In general, approximately 80% of all infertility cases, both female and male factor, may be overcomed through treatment. These treatments modalities include both medical and surgical options. Our staff is committed to develop an individualized treatment plan for each patient’s particular infertility condition that may ultimately lead to the desired result of conceiving a child.
Patients are an integral aspect of every treatment plan and will work with them to find the treatment option that will be most fitting to their situation, based on financial, psychosocial, religious, ethical and medical factors. Therapeutic options include: ovulation induction to enhance the production of eggs, surgery to repair damaged reproductive organs, intrauterine inseminations to increase the likelihood of egg fertilization by a sperm and assisted reproductive techniques, such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), assisted hatching (AH), egg donation and fertility preservation.
